The staff at Ian Jones have been nothing but helpful, and very thorough in ensuring we had the right cover for our new business. Kayla went above and beyond to get everything processed before our deadline, and was nothing but friendly and professional in the way she approached our situation. We approached Ian Jones a few years ago to help with our insurances - Our company has grown a lot since then & we are always adding machines & trucks to our fleet that need insurance ASAP - Our main broker Lauren Cooper that deals with our "we need it yesterday" scenarios is amazing! Along with being very knowledgeable, Lauren is friendly, polite, helps us with any urgency we have and we get a very prompt response whenever we request quotes, paperwork, etc. We highly recommend Ian Jones Insurance/Lauren, as we already do whenever anyone else in our industry asks us who we use. Don't bother going anywhere else these guys will have you covered :-)

I approached Ian Jones Insurance Brokers for a comparison to our current provider for Professional Indemnity Insurance, and I'm very glad I did. Working with Kayla, she was able to put forward several options providing us with a choice of coverage to best suit our Business structure and budget.
